The Rada Cooks Dicing Knife is a medium-sized knife that is perfect for people who find the chef knife to large but still want a deep blade.
The knives manoeuvrability is second to none and will see you dicing faster than with a traditional knife, fingers safe behind the deep blade.

The flat edge gives the knife a very different feel to the gentle curve of the Chef Knife while still being fantastic for preparing meat and vegetable for an evening meal. It's about as much fun as you can have with a knife in the kitchen and one of our favourite evening preparation knives.
However, if you are looking for a traditional heavy duty cleaver it's best to look elsewhere.
Rada knives come in two handle options. Traditional polished aluminium or a black non-slip resin. Both are extremely durable, hygienic and unlike any other knife on the market. The aluminium handle must only be hand-washed while the resin is suitable for the dishwasher.
The Rada Cooks Dicing knives are made in the USA from superior high-carbon stainless steel and sharpened by hand at the factory. The hollow ground blade makes for extremely effective cutting as well as easy resharpening.
