Cook Sharply will make every effort to ensure that the products purchased from our store meet your requirements and quality expectations.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the invoice for your goods. Please email us at service@sharplyknives.com.au within that time so that we can resolve any problems.

This Refund & Return policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition in the original packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage.

In the event we agree to the return of the Products for credit, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to return the Products.

If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will pay as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in original condition.

Important Information

The postage of knives can pose significant risks to persons required to handle parcels during transit and delivery, therefore it is essential that you consult Cook Sharply before attempting to return any goods.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and delivery, therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Cook Sharply will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Rada Manufacturing Guarantee

Rada provides a lifetime manufacturing guarantee on all of their knives and utensils. They also provide a 3 year warranty on their Stoneware Clay Cookware range.

Rada has been making Knives and Cutlery for over 65 years. All their products are 100% American made – from raw materials through construction. To this end they stand behind the quality of the products they make.

Rada Mfg. Co. will replace any product manufactured by their company due to defects in material or workmanship.

The silver brushed aluminium handle cutlery must only be hand washed and dried immediately. The black stainless steel resin handle cutlery may be hand washed or placed in a dishwasher. Proper washing and care will maximise the beauty and performance of your cutlery.

This guarantee policy does not apply to goods which have experienced regular wear, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Should you believe that there is a manufacturing fault with your Rada purchase please contact us at service@sharplyknives.com.au so that we can resolve any problems with the purchased product.

This guarantee only applies to Rada products purchased from Cook Sharply and it is expected that proof of purchase, either through our own electronic records or a tax invoice will be required as part of determining appropriate next steps.

In the event we agree to the replacement of the Products, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to return the Products and to receive a replacement.
