After ordering online, you will receive several email communications (via the email address you provided).
The first will be from Cook Sharply to confirm the order.
The second will be from either eWay or Paypal confirming the financial transaction.
The third will be from Cook Sharply and will contain details highlighting when the order was fulfilled and how to track your delivery.
A fourth may come from Australia Post with further shipping details including how to track your delivery.
At Cook Sharply our aim is to process, pack and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible.
The following time frames below can be used as our standard guidelines for dispatch.

Cook Sharply uses the Parcel Post service of Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia.
All deliveries have parcel tracking to allow you to keep tabs on your delivery while it is in transit.
Please check your postcode against the Australia Post guidelines for expected delivery times. You should be able to track your parcel by going to the following URL and typing in your tracking number.
With Parcel Post if no one is present to accept the parcel Australia Post will generally return your order to the nearest post office or depot to collect and leave a message to this effect.
Please be aware that Australia Post or their representatives make the final decision in these cases and we cannot guarantee product will not be left unattended at the given delivery address. Please make sure you arrange a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your order.
During the Christmas period the standard dispatch times listed above may be altered. Please consider ordering early to ensure that you receive your order before your desired date.
